LeaderExcavation.com is a directory of excavation contractors, organized by state and county. Each listing comes from a company's federal USDOT registration, so every business here holds an active registration with the U.S. Department of Transportation for the trucks it runs.

If you're hiring an excavation contractor

Pick your county and you'll see the excavation contractors registered there, with phone numbers and addresses. Each listing shows how long the company has been registered and how many trucks it runs, which helps you tell a one-truck operator from a larger outfit before you call. Where a company has enough Google reviews, we show its rating too.

A listing here isn't an endorsement. Before you hire anyone, check that they hold the licenses and insurance your state and town require.

If you run an excavation company

Your listing is free. If your company has an active USDOT registration and does excavation work, it may already be here. Open your listing and choose “Is this your business?”. We send a code to the contact details on your USDOT registration, and once you're verified you can update your details, add hours, services, photos and a short description, and put a badge on your own site. Questions about claiming go to claims@leaderexcavation.com.
